Mark grew up in Bettendorf Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University with a Marketing Degree in 2010. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis, photography, art, live music, watching football, and cooking. Through living in Ames Mark has accomplished a lot at a young age and has brought a wealth of creative energy to the Campustown area. Mark is always looking for feedback and good ideas or ways to improve the area.
Chelsea Cervantes: Leasing Agent
Chelsea grew up in Davenport Iowa and is currently studying Spanish and Marketing at Iowa State University. She has been an active member of Dub-H Dance Club at Iowa State for 4 years and loves dance. Chelsea has also been apart of sand/court volleyball leagues, enjoys playing tennis, snowboarding, hanging out with friends and traveling. “I love working at Campustown and I love helping others find that perfect apartment to ensure that they too will have a great living and college experience through Campustown just like I have!”
Jonny Anyaogu: Leasing Agent
Jonny is originally from Houston, Texas and moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota during my teen years. He is currently working on getting my Pre-Health Psychology Degree here at Iowa State and wants to end up somewhere in the south practicing medicine. For now, Jonny spends his time enjoying life in Campustown, friends, family, and community around him. “The people here are incredibly friendly which definitely adds to my experience here in Iowa.”
Meriah Gillard: Leasing Agent
Meriah is the oldest out of three kids. She grew up in Lakeville, Minnesota where playing soccer and theatre took up a lot of her time. Meriah enjoys singing, dancing, and having a fun time with friends and meeting new people. She is currently studying Psychology at Iowa State and thinking about the possibility of getting into marketing. I love meeting new people and dream to make a big difference in the world some day.
Alexandra Bowles: Leasing Agent
Alex grew up in Libertyville, a north suburb of Chicago, IL. She loves the city and going downtown as much as possible when at home. Alex’s family is originally from South Carolina where she spends a lot of time when not in school or in Chicago. A senior at Iowa State majoring in Communication Studies with a double minor in Apparel Merchandising and Journalism, Alex loves running, yoga, shopping, live music, performing arts and fashion. “A lot of people ask me what my favorite thing about Campustown is? That’s a pretty easy one, helping people find their perfect apartment!”
Clark Matthews: Leasing Agent
Clark graduated from Audubon High School and moved on to Iowa State University. He is now a senior working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Over the years Clark has developed a knack for listening, talking, and an overall care for other people. Wanting to make better use of his ability to be an excellent communicator and history of sales, Clark came on to the Campustown staff looking forward to make a difference in the lives of students. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing sports, and being outside when not working.
Steven Benne: Leasing Agent
Steven is from St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Ames, where he is currently pursuing a degree in Community and Regional Planning at Iowa State University. He is hoping to one day become a city planner in a field that will allow him to make a difference in the way people live their everyday lives. Aside from school and working at Campustown, Steven loves music and art of all kinds, and has a secret desire to become the next Iron Chef. Working and living in the Campustown area has allowed Steven to appreciate all this area has to offer, while giving Campustown residents the best possible experience.
